The questions
people ask first.
Short answers, in plain words. If yours is not here, write to us.
What it is,
and who it is for.
What is HRBR?
One place to set up and run a company. HRBR sets the company up, keeps it under its owners’ control, runs its daily work, and handles and raises its money — with banking, payments, web3, securities, digital signatures, workflows, communications and AI built in.
Who is it for?
Founders starting a company, and the people who run it afterwards: whoever looks after its papers, its office, its money and its investors.
Do I have to use all four?
No. Each one stands on its own, and a company can start with any of them.
How do I start?
Write to us and tell us what your company needs. We are taking on our first customers during 2027.
What will it cost?
Tell us what you need, and we will tell you what it costs.
What we are,
and what we are not.
Is HRBR a bank?
No. Your money is held with banks and payment companies that are approved to hold it. HRBR is what your company uses to invoice, pay, exchange and match.
Does passing an identity check give me an account?
No. Being known and being allowed are two separate steps, and the second is decided by the company responsible for the account.
Do you work with crypto?
Yes. Ordinary currencies and crypto sit side by side. Each runs under the approval it needs, and both end up in one set of books.
Which company would I be dealing with?
Write to us and we will tell you exactly which company you would be dealing with, and where it is registered.
Your records,
and who holds them.
What is Melusina?
The software everything runs on: documents, email, chat and calls, sign-offs, bookkeeping and an AI helper, with every item locked to one owner.
Who can see my company’s records?
Only the people your company hands them to, one item at a time. When the system cannot prove someone is allowed, it refuses.
What does the AI helper do with my data?
It sees only what someone hands it. You choose whether it runs on your own machines or uses an outside AI service. If you choose an outside service, what you hand the helper goes to that service.
Why a blockchain?
Because a record on a blockchain cannot be quietly edited. Who is allowed to do what, which programs are approved and what was decided are all sealed there, so neither an administrator nor we can change them afterwards. Control is decentralised: approvals are spread across independent parties instead of being held by one.
Who owns the software?
Today its founders. Most of it is moving to two bodies owned by their members, one in Europe and one in America, with three independent keepers to look after the rulebook.
What happens if HRBR disappears?
You hold your own copy of the software, its source code and your records, so your company keeps working.
