Documents and spreadsheets. Company email. Chat and video calls. Sign-offs on invoices and requests. Bookkeeping. A place for clients to log in. An AI helper that only sees what you hand it.
Melusina is the software a company works in all day. We wrote it, we use it for our own work, and everything HRBR does — setting a company up, running its daily work, handling and raising its money — is built on it.
Each item belongs to somebody, and nothing else can reach it.
Documents and spreadsheets. Company email. Chat and video calls. Sign-offs on invoices and requests. Bookkeeping. A place for clients to log in. An AI helper that only sees what you hand it.
Every document, mailbox, conversation and payment record sits in its own locked box with its own key. There is no company-wide drive.
Run it on a machine you own, or have PBay run it for you. It is the same software either way, and you can take your copy and leave.

See it full size ↗The helper starts with nothing. Someone picks the single report it may read, and that is all it can see.
See it full size ↗A company that runs Melusina gets its full source code, so what the software does can be checked rather than believed. Which version is approved to run is recorded on a blockchain, so a copy that has been tampered with is refused. Four years after a version comes out, that version becomes free for anyone at all to use.
